Mints Anyone?

All you need is tissue paper and ribbon. Now Enjoy!

Paper Pom Pom Decorations

The instructions on How to Make these gorgeous paper pom poms can be found here http://www.marthastewartweddings.com/article/pom-poms-and-luminarias

I have made these in various sizes by using gift wrap tissue paper. My most popular size is the 9X12. Cutting the tissue paper 9 inches wide and 12 inches long, gives a reasonable sized pom pom. Be sure to use the left overs to make flower pom pom napkin rings or adornments for gift bags. Feel free to play around with this for a bit. They never look bad.

Tips:
-Use ribbons , twist ties, strings or fishing wire for the center
-Feel free to make two toned pom poms

Sweet Shoppe Birthday Party

The Sweet Shoppe theme can be colorful or just created around one color. All you really need is lots of candy or items wrapped to look like candy.

The large orange candy was made from little soccor balls wrapped with fabric and ribbon. The M and M tins were found in Michaels craft store for $1. The kids loved these.

These adorable gumball machines were really inexpensive and found at http://www.parties4kids.com/. I believe I paid less than $4 for a pack of 3.
Round mints were wrapped in tissue paper and ribbons to make the orange and green candy decor shown in the picture.

Display candy of different shapes and color in cans or candy jars. Pixie stixs and twizzlers are good inexpensive candy options.

Colorful gift bags can be adorned with ribbons and paper labels.
